Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 5 November 2026
These terms apply to the purchase of NOVADU digital products on this site. By completing a purchase, the buyer declares that they have read and accept them.
1. Who sells
The products are sold by NOVADU, of Romina Delgado, in Cascais, Portugal.
Contact: email novadupt@gmail.com and phone +351 923 544 281.
2. What is sold
NOVADU sells digital products in PDF format, to download. The first one is the e-book “Financial Literacy, Primary School · Numi and the World of Money”, which includes the Portuguese and the English versions.
There is no physical product and nothing is sent by post.
3. Price
Prices are in euros, with VAT exempt under article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount, with no extra costs.
4. Payment
Payment is made online through Stripe, by card, MB WAY or Multibanco. NOVADU does not receive or store your card details.
For Multibanco payments, the purchase is only complete once the payment is confirmed, and the e-book is only sent after that.
5. Delivery
Once the payment is confirmed, NOVADU sends an email to the address given at purchase, with a personal link to download the files. The email usually arrives within a few minutes. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder too.
The link stays active for 7 days or up to 5 downloads, whichever comes first. Each file downloaded counts as one download.
If the email does not arrive or the link stops working, contact us and we will help to sort it out.
6. Licence of use
Each file is licensed to the person who bought it and carries the buyer's name and email in the footer of every page.
The licence is for personal and family use: you may keep the files, read them on screen and print them for use within your family. It is not allowed to share, forward, publish online, sell or use the files commercially, or to remove the licence line.
The copyright of the e-book belongs to NOVADU. For any other use, for example in a school or in a group, contact us.
7. Right of withdrawal
For purchases made at a distance, consumers have as a rule 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (article 10 of Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014).
The e-books are digital content delivered immediately, with no physical medium. For that reason, before paying, the buyer must expressly consent to the delivery starting right after the payment is confirmed and acknowledge that, with this consent, they lose the right of withdrawal (article 17 of the same decree-law). Without this consent, the purchase cannot be completed.
The confirmation of the purchase, with this consent, is sent to the buyer by email.
This does not affect the consumer's other rights. If the file does not open or does not match what was advertised, contact us: the rights the law provides for defective digital content remain.
8. Support and complaints
For questions or problems, write to novadupt@gmail.com or contact us by phone on +351 923 544 281.
The buyer can also file a complaint in the Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico). In a consumer dispute, they can turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity: the list is on the Consumer Portal.
9. Personal data
The purchase data (name and email) is used to deliver the e-book, to put the licence line on the files and to answer support requests. More information in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The version in force at the time of purchase applies, and NOVADU may update it.
