Who processes the data: Romina Delgado, responsible for NOVADU. Contact: novadupt@gmail.com.

What data we collect and why:

  1. Contact form (name, email, phone, student's grade level and message): to reply to your request and book the diagnostic session.
  2. Email lists for the weekly study plan, the pre-school e-book and the workshops: we keep your name, email and the answers you give in the form, to send you what you asked for and to let you know about new e-books or workshops on the topic you chose. Only with your consent.
  3. WhatsApp and email conversations: to reply and to follow the student's support.

We do not sell or hand over your data to anyone.

Services we use for this: Vercel (website hosting), Google (email), Brevo (sending list emails) and WhatsApp (messages).

How long we keep it: contact requests are kept while there is contact and for up to 2 years after the last one. On the waiting lists, data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights: you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing or ask for a copy, by writing to novadupt@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from the lists in any email, using the unsubscribe link. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
